Justin Axness was recently named one of Prairie Business Magazine’s “40 Under 40” winners for 2017.
“The 40 Under 40 award honors individuals who strive toward the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishments, who excel in their chosen field, devote time and energy to their community, and forge paths of leadership for future generations,” according to the publication.
The magazine’s annual contest received more than 100 nominations and 40 were selected who, according to the magazine, “impressed in their careers and enhanced their communities.”
Axness became president and sole owner of TF Powers Construction in 2017 after a 14-year stint working with the company. He succeeded Dennis Giere who ran the company for the past 48 years.
