Dennis L. Giere

President

Dennis is a graduate of Moorhead State University, Moorhead, MN with a degree in Industrial Technology. He works with various owners, architects & engineers and oversees all facets of each project. He estimates projects, organizes schedules and works in design stages of projects and on bid & negotiated projects.

Robert S. Ehnert

Vice President / Project Manager

Rob is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in construction management and has been with T F Powers since 1992. He is involved as lead estimator/project manager. He is experienced in providing estimates from conceptual design to hard bid projects. He is involved in all aspects of project management from issuing subcontracts, scheduling, material purchasing & contract administration to project close-out. He has successfully completed numerous projects.

Patrick C. Schmaltz

Vice President / Safety Director / Human Resources

Patrick is a graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelors degree in Industrial and Environmental Health Management. He administers all human resource issues and provides safety inspections and training at all project sites. He's been with T F Powers Construction Co. since February, 1999.

Glenn A. Renfandt

Corporate Secretary / Treasurer / Office Manager

Glenn is a graduate of North Dakota State University in Business Economics. He has been with T F Powers since 1984 and was associated with the construction supply industry prior to his present position as Office Manager and Comptroller.

Barb Hauschild

Office Coordinator

Barb is a graduate of NDSCS. She is responsible for processing construction contract documents, such as pay requests, bid proposal forms, transmitting shop drawings & change orders. She is also responsible for other required secretarial duties.

Justin M. Axness

Project Manager

Justin is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Construction Management. He has been with T F Powers since 2003. He assists with estimating, scheduling and other project management duties.

Mitch Aafedt

Project Manager

Mitch graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in construction management. He joined the staff of T F Powers in February of 2006. His duties include estimating and shop drawing review.

Les Ament

Les Ament has been employed at T F Powers since 1986. Some of his projects include: VBM-Dakota Machine Building, Fargo, ND; Remodel of Fargo Service Center of W.A.P.A., Fargo, ND; Mills Fleet Farm, Fergus Falls, MN; Main Avenue Parking Ramp, Fargo, ND; and the Addition & Remodel of Hector International Airport, Fargo, ND.

Keith J. Anderson

Keith Anderson has been employed at T F Powers since 1965. Some of his projects are: Pioneer Plaza Office Building, Fargo, ND; Eide Bailly LLP Remodel, Fargo, ND; Military Entrance Processing Station Remodel, Fargo, ND; Oak Grove High School Floodwall, Fargo, ND; and NDANG Predator 208 Building, Fargo, ND.

Mike Birst

Mike Birst has been employed with T F Powers since 2005. His major projects include Willy's Supervalu, Wheaton, MN; Enbridge Corporation in Tioga and Stanley, ND; and Leevers Supervalu, Rolla, ND.

Bob Everson

Bob Everson has been employed with T F Powers since 1991. Bob headed up the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing (3M) Plant Expansion, Brookings, SD; Carpet World, Fargo, ND; Rocking H Office, Fargo, ND; Holiday Mall Food Court, Moorhead, MN; 3rd Floor Addition to Noridian Offices, Fargo, ND; and Addition/Remodel Ceres Hall, NDSU, Fargo, ND.

James Gerving

JAMES GERVING has been employed at T F Powers since 1991. His major projects include Hawthorne Elementary, Fargo, ND; ACSC, Moorhead, MN; Menards Heated Warehouse Expansion, West Fargo, Minot & Bismarck, ND.

Oscar Green Jr.

Oscar Green Jr. has been employed at T F Powers since 1960. Some of his projects include the Public Library, Detroit Lakes, MN; Leevers County Market, Devils Lake, ND; Farmer's Store, Hallock, MN; Village West Hornbackers, Fargo, ND; Dave & Earl's Market, Park Rapids, MN; Osgood Hornbackers, Fargo, ND; and NDANG Predator 218 Building, Fargo, ND, DMI Inustries Expansion.

Brian Wibe

Brian Wibe has been employed at T F Powers since 1977. Some of Brian's projects are Tony's Supervalu, Hawley, MN, Dakota Clinic, Lake Park, MN; Union State Bank Branch Building, Fargo, ND and Feder Retail / Apartment Building, Fargo, ND.

Josh Erickson

JOSH ERICKSON has been employed at T F Powers since 2002. Josh has been involved with Emergency Animal Clinic, Fargo, ND; and Riverside Center Remodel at Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.

Brian Steckler

Brian Steckler has been employed at T F Powers since 2005. Brian has been involved in the Menards heated warehouse projects and an entrance project at Camp Grafton.

Jeremy Hoesel

Jeremy Hoesel has been employed at T F Powers since 2005. Jeremy has assisted in the Hector International airport project and supervised the Camp Grafton Building rehab project.
