T F Powers Construction is just finishing the 2800 square foot expansion of Collision Experts.

Black Ridge Bank

T F Powers Construction recently completed a 2200 sq. ft. fit up at the new Black Ridge Bank in Fargo North Dakota.

The highlight of this project was the intricate architectural wood work throughout the facility.

Menards

T F Powers Construction was happy to complete the new garden center and cold warehouse conversion at the Fargo Menards Store. This conversion and addition required a large amount of concrete replacement, re-lamping and HVAC work.

Osgood Hornbachers

T F Powers Construction Co. was pleased to be able to complete construction of Hornbachers newest and largest grocery store. This 65,000 square foot facility offers a state of the art natural and commercial lighting system, with automatic dimming to help lower energy costs and protect the environment, while offering a pleasing atmosphere for the shopper.

NDSU Living and Learning Center

Hector International Airport

T F Powers Construction Co is proud to say that we are in the finishing touches of the 15.5 million dollar expansion and remodel of Hector International Airport termianal building. This expansion and remodel project has greatly increased the amount of room for the checkpoint area, added a fifth passenger gate and a 3rd baggage claim area as well as additional space for airline operations.

Feder Development

T F Powers Construction is proud to announce the completion of the Feder Retail/Apartment Complex which combines 6000 sq. ft. of retail with 12 apartments.

DMI Expansion

T F Powers Construction Co is proud to have been selected to complete DMI's newest building expansion. When completed this expansion will give DMI Industries an additional 132,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

NDSU Ceres Hall

T F Powers Construction is currently renovated Ceres Hall at the North Dakota State University Campus. This renovation includes the remodel of the first floor and a new addition.
