T F Powers Construction recently completed a 2200 sq. ft. fit up at the new Black Ridge Bank in Fargo North Dakota. The highlight of this project was the intricate architectural wood work throughout the facility. T F Powers Construction was happy to complete the new garden center and cold warehouse conversion at the Fargo Menards Store. This conversion and addition required a large amount of concrete replacement, re-lamping and HVAC work. T F Powers Construction Co. was pleased to be able to complete construction of Hornbachers newest and largest grocery store. This 65,000 square foot facility offers a state of the art natural and commercial lighting system, with automatic dimming to help lower energy costs and protect the environment, while offering a pleasing atmosphere for the shopper.
